New Mexicans Tout Deb Haaland’s Strength, Leadership in New Ad
Albuquerque, N.M. – New Mexicans from across the state tout Deb Haaland’s strength and leadership in an ad released today.
The ad, titled “Proud,” is the latest ad released by Haaland’s campaign.
The ad highlights Haaland as the only candidate in the race with both legislative and executive leadership experience, managing an $18 billion annual budget, while also having faced the same challenges many New Mexicans face today early in life. Combined with her lived experience, her executive experience sets her apart and prepares her to lead on day one.
As the ad makes clear, “Deb brings people together.” And across New Mexico, voters are proud to stand behind a leader who is experienced, tested, and ready to fight for them. In “Proud,” Haaland’s story reflects the resilience and values of New Mexicans. Like so many across the state, she understands what it means to work hard, face challenges, and keep moving forward. It’s that lived experience and her record of delivering results that continues to bring people together.
“Momentum for the campaign continues to build leading up to the primary election. New Mexicans have made it clear that Deb Haaland is the best choice for governor. Our campaign continues to focus on people and the issues facing our state, while our opponent is focused on attack ads and lies. Deb is a tested leader and she is ready to stand up to Donald Trump,” said Haaland Campaign Manager Dylan McArthur.
